How to claim your free sample:
1. Login or register.
2. Click "Answer Survey".
3. Simply answer survey questions about you and your baby.
4. Click "Request a Sample".
5. Submit your address. Click the "Validate" button.
6. You should see a message that says "Congratulations! Your sample is on its way!
