How to claim your free sample:
1. Go to FREE DOWNY PASSION.
2. Login or register to claim your free samples.
3. Answer a quick question. Then click NEXT.
4. Click "Request Sample" button or the banner that will appear under
"YOUR EXCLUSIVE OFFER". (If banner is not showing up, go to DOWNY PASSION PRODUCT INFO. Click "Try It", then click "Request Sample".
5. Validate or enter your personal information (name and complete address).
6. You should see a message that says "Congratulations! Your sample is on its way!"
